Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, interacting with potential and existing customers, and promoting the company’s products or services. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with people and achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex queries when necessary.

Skill & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong listening and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
