We are currently hiring for the position of Software Sales and Support Executive who will play a vital role in managing client relationships, driving software sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their software needs and provide timely support.

  2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain software features and benefits clearly to clients.

  3. Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet monthly targets.

  4. Customer Support: Assist clients with software installation, training, and troubleshooting post-sales.

  5. Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve any technical or usage issues clients face and ensure satisfaction.

  6. CRM Management: Maintain and update client records, lead status, and interactions in the company database.

  7. Coordination: Work closely with the development and technical support team for seamless delivery and problem-solving.

  8. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback for product improvement and maintain long-term relationships.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Prior experience in software sales or customer support will be an added advantage

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Good understanding of software products and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
